Video Safe Zone & Aspect Ratio Checker

Frequently asked questions

What is a safe zone?

The part of the frame that platform UI (like captions, buttons and the profile line) is unlikely to cover. Keep faces, text and key action inside it.

Does my file get uploaded?

No. The check runs in your browser. Nothing is sent to a server and no account is needed.

Why does a 16:9 video get cropped for TikTok?

TikTok is 9:16 tall. To fill the frame, the sides of a wide video are cut off. The report shows the percentage lost so you can reframe first.
