Do credits roll over?
Monthly plan credits reset with each billing cycle and don't roll over. Credits you buy (top-ups and pay-as-you-go packs) never expire while your account is active.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in one click from your dashboard — you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you keep (and own) everything you've made.
What about refunds?
Failed generations are automatically refunded to your credit balance, so you never pay for a render that didn’t work. Beyond that, fees are non-refundable except where the law requires — see our Terms.
What do I get on the Free plan?
10 one-time welcome credits, access to every AI model and up to 1080p exports — enough to make your first video and try the studio properly. Free exports carry a watermark; any paid plan removes it and adds a commercial licence.
Do pay-as-you-go credits expire?
No. Purchased credit packs don't expire — use them at your own pace, with or without a subscription.
