Your right to delete your data

You can request deletion of your Market4Me.ai account and all associated personal data at any time. This includes any data obtained through connected social media accounts, such as Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts.

Disconnecting a social account

To revoke Market4Me.ai's access to a specific social account without deleting your whole account:

• Sign in to Market4Me.ai and open Dashboard → Connections.
• Click Disconnect next to the Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok account.

Disconnecting immediately deletes the stored access tokens for that account from our database. You can also remove Market4Me from Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, which revokes our access on Meta's side.

Deleting your entire account

To permanently delete your account and all personal data, choose either method:

• In the app: Dashboard → Settings → Delete account, or
• Email [email protected] with the subject “Data Deletion Request” from the email address on your account.

What gets deleted

• Your account, profile, and authentication records
• All brand data, uploaded assets, scripts, and generated videos
• All connected social media access tokens (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
• Usage and content metadata

We delete this data within 30 days of your request. Connected social tokens are removed immediately. Certain records may be retained where required by law (e.g., transaction records kept for accounting purposes), as described in our Privacy Policy.
