Your right to delete your data
You can request deletion of your Market4Me.ai account and all associated personal data at any time. This includes any data obtained through connected social media accounts, such as Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts.
Disconnecting a social account
To revoke Market4Me.ai's access to a specific social account without deleting your whole account:
- Sign in to Market4Me.ai and open Dashboard → Connections.
- Click Disconnect next to the Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok account.
Disconnecting immediately deletes the stored access tokens for that account from our database. You can also remove Market4Me from Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, which revokes our access on Meta's side.
Deleting your entire account
You can delete your account yourself, at any time, without asking us. Signing in is how we verify it is really you, so nothing is queued and nothing waits on a support reply.
- In the app (immediate): open Dashboard → Settings → Account → Delete account, type DELETE to confirm, and the erasure runs straight away. Any active subscription is cancelled first, so you are not billed again. You are signed out as soon as it finishes.
- By email: if you cannot sign in, email [email protected] with the subject “Data Deletion Request” from the address on your account. We may ask you to verify that address before acting, and we confirm by reply once deletion is complete.
If you share a workspace that someone else owns, deleting your account removes you from it. Their workspace and its content are not affected — only your access and your own data are erased.
What gets deleted
- Your account, profile, and authentication records
- All brand data, uploaded assets, scripts, and generated videos
- All connected social media access tokens (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
- Usage and content metadata
Deleting from inside the app erases this immediately. An emailed request is completed within 30 days; if you want your connected social tokens removed before then, use Disconnect in Connections as described above, which is immediate either way. Certain records may be retained where required by law (e.g., transaction records kept for accounting purposes), as described in our Privacy Policy.
